Alex art directed and designed various forms of media for an initiative promoting healthier foods in schools, community gardens and safe parks for children to play in Hamilton County, Ohio. The work garnered 63 million outdoor impressions, 2.7 million display impressions, 140% increase in Facebook fans over 6 months, 129% increase in Twitter followers over 6 months, and won multiple awards.
